1. Promoter

This promotion ("Monzo's Full Irish Moment") is operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd (company number 16551401), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Promotion Name

"Monzo's Full Irish Moment", a photo-based cashback promotion.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 14 April 2026 to 18 May 2026 inclusive. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period.

4. Eligibility

• Open to registered Irish Monzo card holders aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must hold a valid Monzo account registered in Ireland with an active monzo.me link.
• Limit: one cashback claim per person/Monzo account.

5. How to Enter

1. Pick your favourite Irish item from the available options.
2. Take a photo of yourself with your chosen item and your Monzo card.
3. Upload the photo on the campaign page.
4. Provide your monzo.me link.

6. Photo Requirements

Your submitted photo must meet ALL of the following:

• You must be the person in the photo, and you must be 18 or over.
• No person under the age of 18 may be the primary subject of the photo. If a minor appears incidentally (e.g., a parent holding a baby), the entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of that minor and consents to their appearance. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any photo featuring minors at its discretion.
• The photo must show you, your Monzo card, and your chosen Irish item.
• The photo must be an original, unedited photo taken by you. AI-generated images, screenshots, photos of screens, and digitally altered images are not permitted.
• The photo must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content including but not limited to: nudity, offensive gestures, hate symbols, drug use, excessive intoxication, or offensive language on clothing or signs.
• The Promoter reserves the right to reject any photo at its sole discretion.

7. Reward

Verified entries will receive a €7 promotional cashback reward from Monzo, sent to the monzo.me link provided. This reward is a fintech promotion operated by the Promoter on behalf of Monzo. It is not a discount on any product or beverage. Entrants pay full price for any item purchased. Verified entries will typically receive their reward within a few hours. Some entries may require additional review, in which case rewards are paid within 7 days.

One reward per Monzo account. Your monzo.me link must be active at the time of payment.

Verification includes confirming the photo meets requirements and that the Monzo account is registered in Ireland.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, inappropriate, or do not comply with these terms.

Any tax liability arising from the reward is the responsibility of the entrant.

8. Alcohol and Responsible Drinking

The Guinness 0.0 option in this promotion refers exclusively to Guinness 0.0, which is a non-alcoholic beverage (0.0% ABV). By selecting the Guinness 0.0 option, you confirm that the drink in your photo is Guinness 0.0 (non-alcoholic) and not an alcoholic product.

This promotion does not encourage, endorse, or condone the consumption of alcohol. No alcoholic beverages are featured in or required for this promotion. The Promoter is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of any alcohol brand or manufacturer.

Photos showing signs of excessive intoxication will be rejected.

9. Photo Usage

If you consent to photo sharing, your photo may be used on Monzo and Prime Directive AI social media channels (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) for promotional purposes. Consent is optional and does not affect your reward.

Use beyond social media (including but not limited to digital advertising, out-of-home/billboard, print, broadcast, and paid media) requires separate written consent. The Promoter or Monzo may contact you to request expanded usage rights for specific photos.

Photos approved for marketing use may be cropped, resized, or adjusted for format but will not be materially altered.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@primedirective.ai. Withdrawal applies to future use only; content already published will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be sold to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failures. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.

12. General Terms

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or do not comply with these terms.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by WhatsApp, Meta, or Diageo.
• This promotion is conducted in compliance with the ASAI Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

This promotion is independent of and in addition to any Monzo referral programme or other promotional offer. Participation in this promotion does not affect your eligibility for other Monzo programmes.

This promotion may be limited in the number of participants. The Promoter reserves the right to increase, decrease, or remove this limit at any time. If the limit is reached, the campaign page will display a notification and no further entries will be accepted until additional capacity is made available.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
